Overview

Sign AI (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data That Stays on Your Device

Sign AI processes and stores almost all data locally on your device:

• Signatures — AI-generated and hand-drawn signatures are stored in the app’s local database (SwiftData). They never leave your device unless you explicitly export or share them.
• Documents — PDF and image files you import for signing are stored locally. We do not upload your documents to any server.
• App preferences — Settings like export format and haptic feedback are stored on-device via UserDefaults.

Data Sent to Our Servers

When you use the AI signature generation feature, the following data is sent to our API:

• Your name — The text you enter for signature generation.
• Selected styles — The signature style(s) you choose.
• Device token — An anonymous push notification token, used only to notify you when generation is complete.

We do not store your name or generated signatures on our servers after the generation job is completed. Job data is automatically deleted.

Push Notifications

If you grant notification permission, we use Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) to notify you when AI signature generation is done. We do not send marketing notifications unless you opt in. You can revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Analytics & Tracking

Sign AI does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, ad networks, or tracking frameworks. We do not track your behavior, browsing, or usage patterns.

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate with third-party services that collect personal data. The only external communication is with our own API for AI signature generation.

Children’s Privacy

Sign AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally, you have full control:

• Delete any signature or document within the app at any time.
• Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
• You can revoke notification permissions in iOS Settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
